Personal Session Boundaries
Choose a personal time or virtual-coin boundary before starting and stop when it is reached. A restored balance is optional and does not make further rounds necessary. The demo does not enforce a timer, diagnose behaviour or provide account exclusion. Taking a break does not change future hidden layouts or raise the expected return.
Expected Return and Different Hit Rates
Each ticket has exact unrounded expected RTP of 96%: its hit probability multiplied by its gross return multiplier is 0.96. This is an expectation across captured stakes, not a promised result for a session or a win frequency. The bands have different hit probabilities. Following past readings, changing stakes or switching tickets between rounds does not raise the expected return.
Virtual Wallet and Restoration
A new local wallet starts with 1000 virtual coins. Stakes are 10, 20, 50 or 100, initially 20. One round deducts one captured stake. Settings and restoration lock during the two reveals. While idle below 10 coins, restoration sets the wallet to exactly 1000, rather than adding 1000. Saved fractional payout carry remains. The counters have no cash value, prize or withdrawal route.
The settled wallet, including a zero balance, and fractional payout carry persist in this browser’s localStorage. Reloading ends an unfinished round without refund or continuation. A different browser, device or cleared site storage can have different saved counters. Clearing cached files alone may leave localStorage intact. The local wallet is not an operator account or synchronised financial balance.
The Original Demo’s Scope
These pages describe this guide’s scope and its original demo. They do not rank an external business, confirm financial reliability, provide a legal opinion or establish permission to gamble in any country. External activities have rules and eligibility requirements that this guide has not verified. The original demo does not reproduce an external product’s interface or odds.
Appropriate Local Support
If play is becoming difficult to stop or affecting daily responsibilities, close the demo and consider qualified local support. No 63V help line, account-blocking feature or treatment service is verified by this guide. Its pages do not diagnose a condition, give treatment instructions or substitute for an appropriate professional service.
Frequently asked questions
Is an operator verified?
63V is a search label, not an operator identity established by this guide. 63v.info is an independent information guide with its own Radial Dial Roulette demo. No company, licence, official account domain, commercial game catalogue, payment service, app publisher or support contact is verified here. Search position, a similar name and page appearance cannot establish those facts.
How is the score calculated?
Radial Dial Roulette draws two independent uniform readings a and b from 0 through 12. Its score is floor(sqrt(a*a+b*b)): take the square root of the sum of their squares, then round down. Do not square their sum. For a=3 and b=4 the score is 5; for a=12 and b=12 it is 16. All 169 ordered pairs are equally likely.
Which scores does each ticket contain?
Choose before starting: the first band contains scores 0 through 4 and 22 of 169 pairs; the second contains 5 through 10 and 82 pairs; the third contains 11 through 16 and 65 pairs. Their exact gross multipliers are 162.24/22, 162.24/82 and 162.24/65, approximately 7.374545, 1.978537 and 2.496. Displayed decimals are rounded; settlement uses the unrounded ratio. The bands are not equally likely.
When is a round paid?
Starting captures and deducts one stake and locks stake, ticket and wallet restoration until settlement. The first reading pays nothing and cannot be collected. After both readings, a matching ticket credits the captured stake times its exact gross multiplier, including the original stake already. A miss credits zero. No additional stake, fee, intermediate collection or stopping decision applies.
Does 96% guarantee a session result?
Each ticket has exact unrounded expected RTP of 96%: its hit probability multiplied by its gross return multiplier is 0.96. This is an expectation across captured stakes, not a promised result for a session or a win frequency. The bands have different hit probabilities. Following past readings, changing stakes or switching tickets between rounds does not raise the expected return.
